01. Introduction

By procuring goods from Gurukrupa Trading Company (Gurukrupa Groups), you agree to the following terms. Managed by Rajendra Kumar Sen, we are committed to providing premium bath and kitchen solutions with full transparency for our retail and project partners.

02. Scope of Trade

We act as an authorized district stockiest for brands including Hindware, Racold, Nirali BG, and MYK Laticrete. Our supply includes sanitaryware, faucets, water heaters, kitchen appliances, and specialized plumbing materials for residential and commercial construction.

All products carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. Returns for sanitaryware are only accepted in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once installed, products are subject to brand-specific service policies.
Gurukrupa Trading Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or plumbing errors by third-party contractors. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods as per brand guidelines.
Wholesale and project orders require payment as per the agreed credit cycle or advance terms. GST is applicable on all transactions. All payments should be made in favor of "Gurukrupa Trading Company" via verified banking channels.
We offer prompt site delivery across Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. While we aim for scheduled fulfillment, we are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer stock-outs or local transit restrictions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All business transactions and disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdictional courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
